ACCESSIBILITY

The cinema is a place where people from different backgrounds and origins, and all generations can meet. That is why actions are proposed to develop accessibility by facilitating access for people with reduced mobility.

Travelling by car?

An undergound parking ($3 for 3 hours) is available for all clients of the cinema. To know about its access, please visit our PARKING section.

Travelling by public transit or by foot?

The main entrance of Galeries du Parc is located at 3575 Parc avenue.
The entrance of Galeries du Parc for people with reduced mobility is located at 3590 Jeanne-Mance street.

For people with reduced mobility

All three theatres have space for wheelchairs, either at the front or back of the room, depending on the configuration of the space.

Our elevator:

Once inside Galeries du Parc, head straight forward until you come across an elevator enabling your descent at our level where you will be able to call us for assistance. In order to use it, just signal your presence by pressing on the call button once you're in front of our entrance. A member of our team will respond to your call and join you to enable the use of our designated elevator.

Accompanying person

Cinéma du Parc is part of the organisations of the AQLPH (Association Québécoise pour le Loisir des Personnes Handicapées). Thus, and under the condition of presentating the valid Carte accompagnement loisir (CAL), we ensure a free admission to the person accompanying the one with reduced mobility.

The tickets for accompanying person are only available at the cinema box office.

Parents-Babies screenings

We do not have performances specifically for parents with their children. Parents are always welcome at all performances. Cinéma du Parc environment is ideal for "parent and toddler" screenings at any time.

The movies we show are the ones moms and dads want to see. There is no need to wait for a special screening organized for them! Our customers understand if a baby cries or shows interest in the movie, but they usually sleep soundly!

La Route du lait

This initiative is designed to encourage breastfeeding in public places

Many mothers like to go out, but not all feel comfortable doing so, fearing sudden hunger from their baby. They may fear being judged if they breastfeed in public. Cinéma du Parc is proud to participate in this project. Official website: https://nourrisourcemontreal.org/fr/route-lait/
